VIDEO RECIPE - Sticky Chicken Drummers
Such a tasty recipe this week that you can have with pretty much anything you like including rice, salad or even home cooked sweet potato chips :) >> STICKY CHICKEN DRUMMERS <<
Ingredients: 60ml dark soy sauce 3 tbsps white wine vinegar 1 tbsp honey 2 tbsps tomato purée pinch of sea salt 1 tsp ground ginger 8 fresh chicken drumsticks Per drummer: 124 calories 4g fat 4g carbs 18g protein Place the chicken in an ovenproof bowl. Mix all of the remaining ingredients together in a separate bowl. Pour over the chicken and mix well to cover. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F. Cook the chicken for 1 hour. Stir halfway to coat the chicken in the marinade. Ensure the chicken is thoroughly cooked by inserting a skewer into the chicken. The juices will run clear when cooked. Once cooled, store any leftover drummers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Enjoy!
