  • Semi-Private Personal Training - Our unique approach to personal training. You'll be treated just like a one-to-one client with the same bespoke programming, while sharing the trainers time with other ladies all working on their respective programmes.​

  • Gym Circuits - Utilising the full gym including cardio and weights machines for a full body workout.

​

  • Yoga - Yoga for all experience levels. Designed to gain strength, stamina, and flexibility, and for injury prevention and rehabilitation.

​

  • Pilates - A low impact class suitable for all levels. Improve core strength, balance and posture. Also helps to strengthen pelvic floor muscles.

​​

  • Lifting Club - A chance to have a go at advanced training methods such as Pyramids, Drop Sets, Forced Reps and many more...

​​

  • Friend's Friday  - Friend's and family of our members are invited to attend their very own session, male or female, completely free. Plus, you do not have to be in attendance for your friend or family member to attend.

​

  • Workout of the Day - Finish the week with our workout of the day. Changes each week and can be anything from a full gym circuit, to exercise bingo using downloadable bingo cards!​
