  • Semi-Private Personal Training (45 mins) - Our unique approach to personal training in groups. Treated just like a one-to-one client with the same bespoke programming while sharing the trainers time with other ladies all working on their respective programmes.

  • Open Gym (60 mins) - Make up for missed sessions, add in some extra training using your PT programme, or simply do your own workout.

​​

  • Fight Club (30 mins) - A stress busting non-contact boxing for fitness class using punch bags and hand held pads, with a blend of exercises to burn extra calories.

​

  • Yoga (60 mins) - Yoga for all experience levels. Designed to gain strength, stamina, and flexibility, and for injury prevention and rehabilitation.

​

  • Pilates (45 mins) - A low impact class suitable for all levels. Improve core strength, balance and posture. Also helps to strengthen pelvic floor muscles.

​​

  • Lifting Club (45 mins) - A chance to have a go at advanced training methods such as Pyramids, Drop Sets, Forced Reps and many more...

​​

  • Friend's Friday (45 mins) - Friend's and family of our members are invited to attend their very own session. Free for members, PAYG for non-members. You do not have to be in attendance for your friend or family member to attend.

​

  • WOD (45 mins) - Finish the week with our workout of the day. Changes each week and can be anything from a full gym circuit, to exercise bingo using downloadable bingo cards!​
