Ingredients: 150ml unsweetened almond milk 1 handful spinach 1 medium sized frozen banana (or use fresh banana plus 2 ice cubes) 1 tsp chia seeds 2 tbsps coconut milk 1 tbsp cocoa powder few fresh mint leaves (optional) Serves 1 276 calories 12g fat 33g carbs 9g protein Put all of the ingredients into a blender, almond milk first and blend until smooth. Consume immediately. Enjoy!
