I have and i wasn't all that happy but not surprised either!
3kg weight gain (7lb) in a week? OMG!

So why can we put on half a stone of fat in the space of a week?
Is it even possible?
NO!
So why do the scales say so?
OK so look at it like this...
The average female requires 2000 calories per day to maintain their weight.
A 3500 calorie surplus would lead to a lb of fat being stored.
To gain 7lbs i would have to have eaten a surplus of 24,500 calories in 7 days - that's a whopping 38,500 calories in a week!
REALLY?
It's Not likely! So where has the weight come from?
Eaten lots of salty foods - increase in water retention.
Eaten lot's of veg - the sheer weight of veg will show on the scales while the body is processing it!
Drank and eaten more that you would normally - ok you will have put on a little fat but it won't all be fat!
