VIDEO RECIPE - Baked Spiced Figs

We've gone all festive with this week's quick, easy and delicious recipe...

Ingredients:

4 fresh figs 1 heaped tsp ground cinnamon 1 tbsp flaked almonds 2 tbsps honey

Serves 2

Per serving:

200 calories 4g fat 3g protein 38g carbs

Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F. Make a cross-shaped incision into the top of the figs. Place the figs in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle the cinnamon and almonds over the figs. Spoon on the honey. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the figs are cooked throughout. Consume immediately.

Serving suggestion: Delicious on their own or served with Greek yogurt.
