A Toned Body Before You Thought Possible!

It's not rocket science, in fact losing weight is actually really simple. It's the mind-set that's hard. We all know how to be good, we just don't have the will power to actually put it in practice! I will say this till I’m blue in the face but its Calories In vs Calories Out. You eat too much and don't burn it off, you gain weight / fat. You eat less and you lose it.

Now here's where we set ourselves up for a fail, we've all been there, me included!

We think about taking action but keep putting it off - Suddenly something triggers inside us and that's it, we are going to lose 1st in a month! Sound familiar?!! We go shopping and spend a small fortune on "healthy foods" and spend a couple of days really motivated until we just can't bear one more piece of raw carrot!

My first piece of advice - DO NOT SET YOURSELF UP FOR A FAIL!

If you are going to fall off the wagon within a week or two of making changes then what’s the point? Start by simply swapping fizzy drinks for water and once you mastered that, start writing a basic food diary. See, small steps is all it takes. There's no point in rushing as it only takes longer if you keep falling off the wagon.

My second piece of advice - START WITH THE EXERCISE PART FIRST!

Why? Because countless times I’ve heard ladies just like you say "I need to lose a few pounds before I start exercising" or "I need to sort out my eating first". The issue with this is that the exercise never comes and neither do the results! Trust me, I’ve made this mistake many a time!

The trick - Get yourself into a routine of exercising and the eating will soon start to take care of itself. This leads to more calories burned while the rest falls into place naturally. Why? That's simple. If you work your butt off in the gym, you're not going to waste all that effort in the kitchen! With a little help from an expert of course!
